Those who place a Pre-Order will be kept up to date regarding their order using the email provided during check-out.
All shipments are posted via Australia Post, using insured express post.
RoutineDarling assumes no responsibility for packages which are lost or damaged in transit, although we will assist with insurance claims in the unlikely event that your order is lost.
Where applicable (i.e. USA), any duties payable will be the responsibility of the receiver alone.
